The department of geography, V V College of science and technology aims to acquire the knowledge and skills of geographical science to solve the issues and problems of establishing sustainable development. It studies the interrelationship between man and environment and tries to analyze the process of dynamic earth in both traditional and modern methods and techniques.

Department of geography provides most suitable environment to study geography, both physical and social science and unique opportunity to obtain a broad exposure to modes of analyzing the many ecological and cultural problems of contemporary society.
